Aviation Brightwork Polishing

Mobile brightwork restoration for aircraft across New York, New Jersey and Connecticut.

Polished aluminum leading edges, spinners, cowlings and trim are the first thing people notice on an aircraft, and the first thing weather and oxidation dull. Aeromaxx restores brightwork at your hangar or ramp using aviation specific compounds and techniques.

What We Polish

  • Leading edges and wing tips
  • Propeller spinners and hubs
  • Engine cowlings and inlets
  • Trim, fairings and polished skins

Our Brightwork Process

Every job starts with a surface inspection so we know the condition of the metal before we touch it. We decontaminate, then polish in stages from cutting to finishing, matched to the alloy and how far oxidation has gone. We finish with a protective sealant so the shine lasts longer between services.

Why Brightwork Care Matters

Oxidized aluminum is more than a cosmetic issue. Left alone it pits and becomes harder and more expensive to restore. Regular polishing keeps the metal healthy, and maintenance package holders get brightwork restorations with no upcharge when they are due, typically every four months.
